Architecture Review Committee (ARC)

Since Dodd Marsh Highlands Townhome Association is a community property, any changes made to outside of buildings must have prior approval from the Board of Directors.

Homeowners who want to make changes to any item covered by the Rules and Regulations should submit the “Architectural Change Request Form” to the ARC. The ARC reviews the request and makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors for a final decision.

Any questions you may have regarding architectural or landscape change can be addressed to ARC members. the following people are on the ARC committee.
