- HOA Breakfast – On the first Monday of the month homeowners meet at a local restaurant for casual conversation and breakfast.
- Book Club – This group meets eight months a year to discuss books chosen by the participants.
- Men’s Coffee – The guys meet at a local restaurant each Thursday afternoon to chat.
- Women’s Coffee – The gals meet at a local restaurant or in a homeowner’s driveway for some lively conversation on Wednesday afternoons.
- Women’s Lunch – Once a month on Wednesday the gals meet for lunch at a local restaurant.
- Holiday Social – In December all homeowners are invited to attend a holiday luncheon at a local restaurant.
- Meal Train – Volunteers provide meals for a neighbor during a time of illness, bereavement or other difficult times.
- Other activities in the neighborhood have included a progressive appetizer evening, National Night Out ice cream social and a picnic barbecue.
