The next HOA Board Meeting will be at 1:30 PM on September 14, 2026, at 19054 Inca Avenue. Homeowner input begins at 1:00 PM.

HOA Parking Lot Potluck – September 8
Meet in the North Parking lot on September 8 at 4:30 pm. Bring a dish to pass and your own chair. Burgers, brats, condiments, plates, silverware and water will be provided. Cost is $5/person.
